Shipping and returns

€29 for one pair, all taxes included. The post is added at checkout: France €4,90, Europe €6,90. No other charge is added, and the total is shown before you pay.

This is a pre-order. Orders are shipped from 20 October, in the order they came in, and you get a tracking number by email. If that date moves, you hear it from me and can cancel for a full refund. Delivery takes 2 to 3 days in France, 3 to 6 days in Europe after posting.

Returns are not accepted. This is underwear, sealed for hygiene, and underwear is one of the goods the law excludes from the 14-day right of withdrawal once its seal is broken (Code de la consommation, article L221-28). Check the size guide before you order.

A pair that arrives torn, misprinted, the wrong size or never arrives at all is on me: write to alexsssaint@gmail.com within 30 days and it is replaced or refunded, post included. Your legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects apply on top of that, for two years.

An order stores your email, your name, your shipping address, your phone number and what you bought, so the parcel can be sent and the accounts can be kept. Payment is taken by Stripe, which sees the card; this site never does. Write to alexsssaint@gmail.com to have your order data sent to you or deleted, once the accounting period allows it.
