Three apps that never phone home
I built these because the tools I was paying for wanted my footage, my terminal and my voice on their servers first. They run on the Mac instead. All three are being opened up, and all three are headed for the Mac App Store.

the thing you film
GlassTerm
A voice-first orchestrator for coding agents. You talk, and it types into the panes.
Instead of a screen full of terminal tabs, and the hand that has to drive each one.

the thing that films it
RecordLab
Native macOS screen recording and editing. 4K60, a real editor, and nothing leaves the Mac.
Instead of Screen Studio, and the subscription under it.

the thing that cuts it
ClipLab
Long-form video into vertical clips with burned word-by-word captions, on your own machine.
Instead of OpusClip, and the upload of your unreleased footage.

The three repositories are private today and there is no public build. The source opens first, the App Store versions follow. Leave an address and you hear on the day, not a week later.
Everything else I have shipped is on the timeline, and @alexsssaint is where the build happens in public.
